Subject:        Summer JH Football Conditioning



The summer conditioning program will start on Tuesday June 11th from 8:00 – 9:30 A.M.  We will meet in the weight room (enter through the doors on Knox St. behind the High School).  These sessions will consist of weight training, conditioning, and explanations of the offense and defense to help prepare you for the start of the season.  The summer sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 


Whether you have never played before or have played in pee wee, the summer sessions give you a great jump-start into the season.  We will go over the plays and talk about the different positions you could play.


The official start of the season will be August 12th.  We will pass out equipment and practice that day from 3:00 to 5:30.   We will then practice at 3:00 every weekday after that.  The first week will be from 3-5:30 and following weeks will be from 3-5.  We have a combined 7th and 8th grade team but will include a couple 7th only games.


All communications about summer workouts and the regular season are done through    Please go to the website and register as a JH player.   It is free to play football but I will use the website to let you know if practices or summer workouts are cancelled or to give other information if needed.

Please make sure all physicals are done this summer.  You cannot play in the regular season without one.
